EUDR – Supply Chain Information Statement

Our EUDR status

Laser Cut Studio Oy is a Finnish microenterprise manufacturing finished wooden products using plywood purchased from suppliers within the European Union.

For products manufactured from materials already covered by upstream EUDR due diligence or simplified declarations, we act as a downstream operator under Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, as amended.

Material sourcing and traceability

We maintain records of our plywood suppliers and material purchases, including supplier identification details, purchase invoices, delivery documentation and applicable upstream EUDR reference numbers or declaration identifiers where received.

Our production processes may use plywood from multiple deliveries. Individual finished products are therefore not routinely allocated to a specific plywood delivery.

We maintain supplier and purchasing records to support supply-chain traceability and retain the information required under Article 5 of the EUDR for at least five years.

Information for business customers

This statement applies generally to relevant wooden products manufactured and supplied by Laser Cut Studio Oy.

Under the EUDR requirements applicable to downstream operators, we are not generally required to issue individual due diligence statements or transfer upstream reference numbers to our business customers.
